This beautiful historical uptown apartment is located right on the walking trail extremely close to Montana Tech and to the uptown festivals. The view from the living room is of the entire East ridge and Highlands mountains, as well as several of the gallus frames of Butte. The apartment is extremely roomy with 2 bedrooms, full dining room and large office. There is always street parking in front of of the apartment and besides the street traffic, the neighborhood is quiet.

There's is a small backyard and balcony guests may use.
Other things to note
The apartment is upstairs and there are several stairs guests must climb to get to apartment. It is not ideal for guests challenged with climbing stairs.
