The bathroom benefits from a large rainfall shower and a gorgeous antique basin unit.



BEDROOM:

The bedroom is accessed via some steep steps down to a comforting hideaway.

Getting Around:

Getting to Rufloreo Flats is straightforward whether you are arriving by car or train.



We provide the convenience of one private parking space on the drive located at the rear of the property, making it easy to unload your belongings upon arrival.



For those traveling by rail, Buxton Railway Station is located just a short distance from the apartment, providing regular connections to Manchester Piccadilly and the wider national rail network.



Once you have arrived, our central location in the heart of Buxton means that most local attractions, shops, and restaurants are easily accessible on foot, allowing you to leave the car behind and explore the Peak District at your own pace.

PARKING:

There is parking on the drive for one car round the back of the property



PET RESTRICTIONS:

Pets are allowed to stay for a standard fee of £25 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets can stay at once. Please note animals are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.



ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:

To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Rufloreo Stays.



BASEMENT LIVING

Please note that the bedroom is in the basement - to access there is a narrow(ish) carpeted staircase and it does mean that it is a much cooler space in the summer than the rest of the property. There is a radiator situated in the room so very comfortable in winter too!

We also provide a dehumidifier in the bedroom to ensure the air remains fresh.



RULES:



*This property is not suitable for parties & events unless agreed upon before booking!



*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you.



*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.



*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.



*For stays longer than 10 days, additional housekeeping is arranged for a further fee.



We require completion of our online booking-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.
