Family Beach House in Onset - walk to beaches

Relax with the whole family at this spacious, updated cottage steps to a private association beach in Onset “the gateway to Cape Cod”. Enjoy your morning coffee from the sunroom with views of the bay.

The spacious living room has a large TV for movie nights and seating for 6. We also have a well-stocked cabinet with cards, puzzles, and board games.

The kitchen/dining area has a large table and the kitchen is fully equipped including pots, pans, cutlery, kitchen tools and gadgets, and dinnerware.

There are two full bathrooms with showers (no tubs), one of which is en suite to a queen bedroom. All bedrooms have bedding, linens, new mattresses, and either dressers or benches to store your belongings. There are window AC units in each bedroom and the sunroom (June-Sept).

The bunk room also has a smart TV.

This is indoor and outdoor living at its best with WiFi and Smart TV, deck, patio, fire pit, hammock, and gas grill. Plenty of room for yard games (corn hole, bocce, ladder toss and some others are available). Walk to the Nanumett private beach 4 houses away, or venture into Onset Village for the main beach, restaurants, lobster rolls, and ice cream shops.

We supply beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon buggy for guests' use.

Nearby kayak rental, bridge to Cape Cod, public golf course, Water Whizz water park, mini golf, go-karts, deep sea fishing, whale watching, canal cruises, and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

Guest agrees to house rules including trash/recycling responsibility and fridge clean out prior to check out.

We’ve stocked up the house with some of our favorite board games for those rainy days.

For visits during the fall and winter, enjoy the local antique scene, New England fall activities like apple picking, or day trips to Plymouth, Boston or New Bedford.

- No candles / fires indoors (indoor fireplace is decoration only)
- No unauthorized overnight visitors (maximum occupancy/heartbeats is 6)
- Guests are responsible for taking trash /recycling bins out for Monday morning pickup
- House has a septic system. Guest agrees to only flush provided toilet tissue and abide by septic rules as noted in the home.
