The Space:

Welcome to our condo on the sand! There is nothing like experiencing Cabo San Lucas from a beachfront place with stellar ocean views and nightly sunsets! You’ll be in Terrasol Beach Resort, Phase 2 and the best part about our place is the large private patio that extends from the living room to the master bedroom just 75 meters (245 ft) from the sea! The property offers 2 pools, and one is a fabulous oceanfront pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, plus a gym onsite, so you don’t have to break your daily routine.



When you enter our condo you’ll see it’s tastefully furnished with an authentic Mexican flair and modern handcrafted artwork. The open-plan layout is wonderful for getting great views of the sea. The large kitchen has quality stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Plus the extras like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even a dishwasher! Enjoy your meals with an ocean view at the indoor dining table or the living room area on the couch in front of the big flatscreen Smart TV. There’s also a breakfast bar with cushioned seats for a quick snack or a laptop workspace!



If you’re into barbecuing and enjoying meals al fresco, then head outside onto the patio in front of the sand and enjoy your meals at the table with an umbrella. There’s a gas BBQ grill out there and a firepit with its own remote control, perfect for chilly sunset evenings! You’ll have cushioned seats and a sofa nook to enjoy this grand patio with the best views!



When it’s time to rest for the night, both rooms are full suites with king-sized beds, private and remodeled bathrooms. The rooms are spacious, with full-length mirrored closets, vanities with drawers, AC and ceiling fans. One room features direct access to the beachfront patio via sliding glass doors and stunning ocean views from the bed!

The Neighborhood:

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)

- Parking available for ONE vehicle per unit - parking pass required
