Casa Santos has been meticulously designed by an award winning architect to embrace the views through the picturesque clifftop park adjacent the villa boasting majestic date palms, bronze whale sculptures, fountains, and reflection pools.

Commisioned by the owners specifically for the comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment of vacationers, this striking villa features 5 luxury King Bedroom Suites with full ensuite bathrooms featuring unlimited hot water showers. Each of the individually climate controlled suites has access to a private cantera stone terrace balcony, or a ground floor patio set into the desert landscaping of cactus, dry grasses, and agaves surrounding the villa. "In suite" massage therapy is very popular and is available upon request.

The great room area amenities include a fully equipped bar with wine chiller, and blending station, a stone living room fireplace, and a full gourmet, professionally equipped kitchen. Food & Beverage stocking, and/or private chef services are available upon request.

The second floor terrace is the heart of outdoor entertaining at Casa Santos. Heavy steel I beams, stone, and bamboo blend to create a unique and elegant modern architecture. A private, elevated salt water infinity edge swimming pool, whirlpool spa, massive outdoor fire pit, & BBQ outdoor kitchen are highlights of the terrace. A full bathroom with shower are conveniently located adjoining the outdoor terrace. Outdoor lounges and teak Al Fresco dining seating are the focal points of the terrace culinary and cocktail experience. Butler service for mixology and service are available upon request.

The villa boasts high speed fiber optic internet with Eero 1TB wifi mesh, and voice control home automation of many amenities from the audio and video streaming to the control of the pool and spa features, heating, and lighting. All US and Canadian live TV and Sports streaming channels are included. Thousands of "on demand" movies, and television series are as well.

The upscale enclave of Pedregal is known as the Beverly Hills of Los Cabos. There are pickle ball & tennis courts, playgrounds, and an exclusive hidden sand beach between the cliffs where sea turtles are often seen laying their eggs, and sunsets are simply spectacular. From December to April, it is commonplace to see whales. The hidden beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa. A 6 person electric utility vehicle is available upon request from our partner, which can reach the Pedregal beach in less than 5 minutes.
