The unit has a fantastic view. Super cool sunrises and you can watch all the boats in the marina go in and out. Beautiful furnishings and artwork. Added half bath with plenty of space for kids.Hacienda staff were incredibly nice and helpful!

What an incredible experience we had at Rob’s Cabo Home! This was our 5th stay at Hacienda, which is our favorite place to stay in Cabo, but our first time renting a unit through VRBO and hands down, a better experience than booking directly with the hotel. Most notable is that you can tell that Rob spends time in his Cabo home often and has taken care to provide any and everything you would possibly need - no detail is spared. The kitchen was fully stocked and had 3 options for coffee - Keurig, Nespresso and a full coffee pot and the wine refrigerator and glassware was a plus, plus, plus for us! The bed and linens were super comfortable and the shower-oh my goodness the water pressure was fantastic. For women, the lighted makeup mirrors and separate seated area were a special touch. And finally, Rob was an outstanding host. He was so easy to communicate with and took care to ensure we had a perfect visit. As we host a vacation home of our own, we probably notice more than the typical renter and we were just so grateful that Rob took the time to communicate with us. Can’t say enough about Hacienda-the staff provide top notch hospitality and the location is easy walking distance to great restaurants-both in town and on the beach as well as the marina and downtown, luxury avenue and Walmart for necessities. The pool is so beautiful you may never want to leave and we love the fitness center - it has an incredible amount of strength training equipment and cardio machines

This is the best rental in Cabo!

Rob's place in Cabo is the best place you can find. We've stayed at the Waldorf in Cabo and the grounds and staff at the Hacienda Beach Club are BETTER! The condo is absolutely gorgeous! The bed is comfy, the linens are luxurious, the bathroom feels like a spa and the kitchen is a Chef's dream! Not one detail is missed and everything was perfect!

Best Choice in Cabo San Lucas

If you go to Cabo San Lucas do yourself a favor and stay at Casa De Berryhill. This unit is immaculate and is much bigger than the pictures appear. The Hacienda Beach Club and residence is a five star hotel and the grounds are maintained perfectly. We enjoyed using the top notch fitness center everyday and we used the adults only Infiniti pool everyday. The residence is right in Medano beach which is easy and swimmable. There are two markets within five minutes walk so you can buy everything you will want. I travel with my own laundry pods and dish pills but none of that was needed. Like a hotel there were shampoos and conditioners and body gel in the bathrooms. The house is fully stocked with cooking ware and utensils but we didn’t cook because of all the good restaurants around. We really can’t think of staying in Cabo without staying at Casa De Berryhill. Thank you to our super hosts.

THE BEST

Absolutely fantastic condo, the view is better than the photos, the condo is bigger than the photos. This was our 3rd time at the Hacienda and every time we tell ourselves we will never even try to stay anywhere else because it’s the absolute best. Best service, best location, best upkeep, best restaurant, best spa. Rob has the kitchen equipped with whatever utensils and appliances you might need. Look no further!

Beautiful Property in an Ideal Location

My husband, teen daughter, and I enjoyed our time at the Hacienda Beach Club. The grounds are stunning and the service is exceptional. The location could not be better - easy beach access and a quick walk to the Marina, many wonderful restaurants, and the supermarket. The unit is comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained, although it would be nice to replace the non-stick frying pans and the lower dishwasher rack, which is missing a wheel. Overall, a great stay and we would love to come back!

Stunning Luxury

Beautiful and immaculate unit with breathtaking views of the ocean and Lands End. We spent most of our time on the oversized and luxuriously furnished deck as we never tired of the view and watching the boats. The modern kitchen also has anything you could possibly need. Property is steps away from many restaurants and shops but is private and quiet when you're on the resort grounds. Electric cart transportation provided around the resort and to the exit gates. Owner very quick and responsive with any question. Will be back again!

Great location, great room minor areas to improve

The master mattress needs to be replaced my wife and I left with back pain. Because the unit is privately owned we were unable to obtain additional blankets or pillows, which was tough for the kids. The jets in the spa bathtub didnt work. Otherwise everything else was great, property was amazing, location was great, everything well maintained. The property owner was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Wonderful time in a beautiful unit!

We had such a wonderful time staying in Rob’s unit at the Hacienda! It was clean, quiet, and packed with everything we needed! We really enjoyed our morning coffee time on the patio, which has excellent views of the ocean! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation here! Thank you Rob! I’ve visited the Hacienda multiple times, and the staff is always excellent! We enjoyed using several amenities, including the pool, beach, putting green, pickle ball courts, the gym, and the spa! The restaurant is over-priced for the quality of food and leaves much to be desired, but Rob’s unit has a well stocked kitchen, so we ended up making several meals in the condo!

Stunning place and pure relaxation

First of all, pictures online don’t do this place justice. The resort and unit are absolutely beautiful. The feel is very intimate and luxurious. No details were spared at this place. Our favorite part was the short walking distance to the marina and having one of the best restaurants in Cabo right on premise. Rob, the owner, was very patient with any questions we had and communication with him was very easy. This was our first time in Cabo, and Hacienda set the bar really high. We will be back! Thank you, Rob and staff at Hacienda, for an unforgettable vacation.

Great place for family with two young kids

Rob's home was fantastic for our family which included a 6yo and a 1yo. The place was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook a nice breakfast on a couple occasions and the location in building 4 was very convenient to the pool, restaurant and kid's club which our 6yo visited twice. Walking distance to town but it was a little hilly so we ended up getting a Lyft after walking the first time. The Hacienda also has one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo but the waves and depth were a little bit much for our little ones. Service at the resort is equivalent to a nice 4* resort and the pool and beach attendants were standouts. We enjoyed the service at the Esperanza a wee bit more but a suite like this one would cost 2-3 times what we paid here.
