THE SPACE
Every detail is designed to bring comfort and calm. Soft light fills the open-concept living space, which flows into a fully equipped kitchen with elegant quartz countertops, perfect for cooking together or just uncorking a bottle of wine.
Each of the three bedrooms is a private retreat, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. For your comfort, the primary and second bedrooms are both furnished with king-size beds, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds. Best of all, with filtered, drinkable tap water throughout the home, you can settle in effortlessly from the moment you arrive. Â

This includes a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, a sauna and steam room, a fully-equipped gym, the residents' clubhouse with lounge and bar areas, and of course, exclusive access to the private Pedregal Beach, one of Cabo's most serene coastlines. Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, balcony, and in-unit laundry.

â To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum during these times.
â Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited to comply with community regulations. Unauthorized gatherings will result in significant HOA fines (upwards of $500 USD) and may result in the termination of your stay.
â Please help us maintain the beauty of the building by not hanging towels, clothing, or other items from the balcony railings.
â The building has a specific trash disposal system. The chute next to the elevator is for organic food waste only (open 9 AM to 8 PM). All other trash, including glass, plastic, and recyclables, must be carried down to the main trash room on the ground floor.
â To protect guest comfort and address potential allergies, this is a strictly pet-free property.
â This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the condo, on the balcony, or in any building common areas. Please be aware that evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 fee to cover the costs of deep cleaning and deodorizing.
â The condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or streaming entertainment.
