An der Marina im Herzen von Cabo San Lucas gelegen, bietet das Marina Cabo Plaza mit seinem freundlichen und sachkundigen Personal eine problemlose Gelegenheit, fast ganz Cabo San Lucas zu erkunden, ohne jemals in ein Fahrzeug zu steigen: Das Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants , Bars, Nachtclubs, das Einkaufszentrum Puerto Paraiso usw. sind nur einen Katzensprung entlang der Strandpromenade (Malecon) entfernt. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang von 5 Minuten in die andere Richtung zum Strand von Medano können Sie unbegrenzt WasseraktivitĂ€ten, Restaurants, Resorts, Clubs usw. nachgehen. Das Marina Cabo Plaza, eine der ursprĂŒnglichen Ferieneinrichtungen von Cabo San Lucas, bietet eine einfache, bescheidene und authentische Baja-Erfahrung fĂŒr den aktiven Reisenden. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich auf der Hafenseite des Marina Cabo Plaza-Komplexes und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine sehr große, abgeschiedene Terrasse mit außergewöhnlichem Blick auf den Hafen und darĂŒber hinaus. Diese Studio-Suite verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Vollbad, eine ĂŒbergroße private Terrasse, ein Queensize-Bett, eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒchenzeile, gewerbliche Klimaanlagen, Deckenventilatoren, kostenloses WIFI und Kabelfernsehen. v., 12 'hohe Decke, etc. Das Studio ist gut gepflegt und wird stĂ€ndig aktualisiert (siehe Fotos unten).

Location, location, location

The marina condo is amazing, the sliding glass door opens all the way across the wall, leaving us with uninterupted views and sounds of area. Super fun for people watching and boat watching without having to sit with all of the other vacationers and vendors. Every evening we would retire to the large balcony with some drinks and snacks from the store just beneath us, and watch the sunset while the large birds circled overhead. The condo was so comfortable: water to drink, great bed, lounge chairs for naps in the sun. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to relax yet still be in the fun of all the events of the marina.

Marina home base

Mike’s place was great as a home base for my wife and I to explore the Marina together for a few days after a friend’s wedding a few miles north. The renovated interior, large balcony, pool deck, and central location were all impressive. My only complaint probably applies to all properties near the Marina, but the noise from the nightclubs carries surprisingly far and until 3am, some of which we could still hear with the doors closed, but not enough to keep us awake after busy days exploring the area.

A cozy getaway with marina views

We had an exceptional experience staying at this waterfront studio vacation rental in Cabo San Lucas. The location was ideal, providing convenient access to the beach, local attractions, and restaurants. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment throughout our stay. The host, Mike, was incredibly responsive and addressed any questions or concerns promptly. The unit was well equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. From a fully functional kitchenette to a cozy bed and clean linens, everything was in place to make us feel at home. While there were a few minor issues with the shower drain, they did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction and they were addressed within an hour. The only downside was the lack of shade on the balcony, which could have been improved with additional shading options (although perhaps that isn’t allowed by the HOA). Additionally, the unit could benefit from extra storage space. While it was cozy and well-appointed, we found ourselves wishing for additional storage options to keep our belongings organized and out of the way. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this property for its convenient location, efficient amenities, responsive host, and comfortable accommodations. It served as a perfect base for exploring Cabo San Lucas and provided a cozy retreat after a day of adventures.

GREAT VIEW AND LOCATION, VERY NICE, CLEAN STUDIO CONDO...

Situated on the Cabo marina, this property has everything you need as a launching pad for your adventures. It is a studio, so it is quite compact, but it was perfect for this solo traveler. It would also work for a close couple, but it isn't meant to be a place to hang out in all day...although the nice balcony allows you to watch all of the boat action in the marina. The cruise ships unload on the other side of the marina, about a mile walk, which keeps the crowds down on the condo's side of the marina. Much nicer than the photos suggest, as it has been completely renovated and updated. You have everything you need, and the place was spotless when I arrived. The desk help are super friendly and accommodating. The place feels very secure, on the second floor with a locking security gate on the street level. Overall, highly recommended, worked out great for this fisherman.

Room was better than we expected, totally redone. The deck was big and great for sitting out to have breakfast and later for happy hr. Just watchin the boats go by, and amazing after dark listening to music from the clubs in the distance. Great excess to beach , bars restaurants. Would stay again for sure. Nice studio apartment overlooking the marina. Large sun deck with lounge chairs to sunbath should you choose not to go to the beach. Great location to watch the sunset/marina ongoings. Close to all the activities and Medano beach. Well equipped with all the amenities required. Would stay here again

It was in an excellent location in the Marina. It was newly renovated and had a bigger refrigerator than showed in their pictures. We did have issues with the internet, water pressure and hot water during our stay. I the staff worked hard to correct our issues and would definitely give this place another shot. We stayed at Grand Solmar after this and they had internet issues too.

This was my wife and my first trip to Cabo and had been told by friends to stay close to the Marina. Mike’s place is just that a great location for 2 people. It’s nice / clean and you can walk to all locations around the marina and downtown to the night life and the view from the balcony can’t be beat ! Also a 5 minute walk to the beach which was awesome. Mike has beach chairs - tent and cooler there for you to use if you chose. Our air conditioner broke late in a day the staff down stairs was great along with Mike ( by email ) getting it fixed early the next morning. Will stay here again for sure !
