Diese neue Wohnung, die wir Casa Vista Mar nennen, ist wunderschön und komfortabel eingerichtet mit allen neuen Möbeln, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Granitoberflächen und Geräten von GE Profile, einer Waschmaschine / Trockner und einer privaten Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool in einer Wohnanlage mit 24 Stunden Sicherheit.

Ein HD-Flachbildfernseher bietet englischsprachige Programme, DISH-TV, AppleTV und Internet. Es gibt eine I-Pod-Dockingstation für Ihr Vergnügen und Ihre Bequemlichkeit.
Das große Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem amerikanischen Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet und das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein kalifornisches Kingsize-Bett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind verdunkelt, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu ermöglichen. Zustellbett auch für fünfte Person möglich.

The location was perfect! Close to everything, but also far enough away to be private. The condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The rooftop terrace is worth it, the view is amazing. Hugo was helpful and his guacamole was delicious! A few little issues with appliances, but nothing that ruined our stay. Ice machine in the fridge didnt work, but Hugo brought us some ice. The dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to do some dishes, not the end of the world. The only criticism we would have is if you a lounge by the pool kind of people, this location is not for you. The pool is nice, but the location only gets sun for a few hours in the morning.

Great location! Condo was clean, comfortable and AC was amazing. Hugo was a great help - we utilized his airport transport and he set up our fishing day - 4 marlins, 1 dorado and 1 bonito!! Easy to get Uber around town. Highly recommend Kauil restaurant or it's sister restaurant El Peregrino. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect family rental, walking distance to everywhere and the owner thought of everything you may need for a relaxing stay. Hugo was so helpful and added to the experience, making everything flow seamlessly from arrival at the airport, a car for a Todos Santos adventure and return home.

Beautiful Cabo Condo

Our Vacation was wonderful! We were picked up at the airport by Hugo, he then stopped at a nice grocery store, we picked up some items there and then he drove us to the condo. The condo was even better than described, we really enjoyed the pools and the roof top hot tub along with the beautiful view. We will be going back! They make sure that you have everything that you need! Thank You Hugo!!! Thank You Owners!!! We appreciate y'all TOO!!!

Wonderful place to stay. This condo was better than we expected. Location and Hugo was so helpful I would highly recommend to anyone. Property as advertised. Hugo was great. Traffic is much worse than last time we visited. Recommend you utilize the car service to and from the airport that Hugo provides and not rent a car as it just adds to the congestion. Uber and walking eas sufficient for us.

Fantastic Accommodations at Medano Beach

My family and I truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo unit. Despite arriving late in the evening, Hugo made himself available to check us in and show us all the features of the unit. We made the short walk to Medano beach almost every day of our stay, and we very much appreciated that Victoria provides beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella. The marina and Cabo central were close enough for us to easily walk to in about 15 minutes. And the unit itself was fantastic with plenty of dishware, cookware, and comfy furniture inside and out. Additionally, the king bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. Everything was great. Thank you Victoria and Hugo!!

Beautiful Condo and Great location

We had a great stay at this condo! Hugo greeted us and he was fantastic throughout the week with booking events for us at a discount including travel from the airport. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach which we did not mind since it would have been twice the price if right on the beach. A great spot for easy access to many of the most popular beach spots such as Milky Beach, The Office, and Tabasco's. The upper deck was very nice and the property has a nice pool that nobody seems to use. It is also nice that it has 24 hour security. If you are looking for access to resort style pools with full service, Casa Dorada is a short walk and offers a Day pass that gives you the amount in credit for Food/drink. So you can visit the resort without overpaying. Highly recommend that to change pace. Over all, a great experience and would definitely recommend. I'm sure we will stay here again!

Wonderful Condo

Victoria's condo is beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking. We spent most of our time on the roof top area. Where you have 3 lounge chairs, an umbrella, and couch and table area. There is also the hot tub and a great view. We had one day where water shut down and Victoria was gracious enough to refund us a day. Hot water doesn't work too well here. It's warm at best. We didn't mind that too much since you are hot anyway. The Soccer field can draw partyers at night that play music very loud. Bothered my husband a lot. Bring a sound machine. It helps drowned it out. Over all we had a great time.

Very noisy

The condo is just as the pictures depicted. It is a perfect layout for two couples to share. The hot tub is wonderful for relaxing and the latest cation is perfect for the beach and walking distance to town and restaurants. Hugo was wonderful with helping to arrange whale watching tour, kayaking and a one day car rental. His recommendations were spot on. That said, this is a place we would not come back to. We often had difficulty with hot water, the dishwasher did not always clean the dishes and the pool was not heated for most of the time we were there. All of those problems were told to Victoria and she has assured me that the issues were to be fixed for future guests. What cannot be fixed is the noise level from the soccer field across the street and the karaoke restaurant two blocks away. Often there were soccer games until past 10:00 PM and the karaoke bar was loud until sometimes 4:00 AM. Some nights it was almost impossible to sleep. Due to all the noise this was far from a restful vacation.

Beautiful Condo/Poor Atmosphere

The condo is beautiful and exactly as described and shown on VRBO. The view from rooftop patio is beautiful, if looking far out to the ocean, but the immediate front and back view is of a junk filled dirt lot and dirt soccer fields. Also on a busy street so when hanging out at the beautiful pool, the street noise is distracting. On Friday and Saturday nights, the soccer field across the street appears to be a local hangout where the kids play LOUD music until early morning hours. Aside from the nice location, beautiful condo and pool there is nothing special about this property. There were only 5 lounge chairs at the pool and they were not in good condition. The pool was very cold and there seemed to be issues with the pool filter as they were working on it quite often. There are not many people around so if you want complete solitude, this is the place. When we arrived Hugo arranged for our airport transportation and because the property was left in bad condition from the previous renters he suggested we go directly to Walmart to do our shopping, which gave him time to prepare the condo for us. He did a great job and everything was very clean. He set up a nice welcome snack for us. He set up transportation for the next day for us to explore Cabo and we quickly learned how expensive it is to have him set up excursions. You can easily book excursions from vendors on the street and can get a taxi easily at the corner. We were told that to take a taxi to Walmart and back would cost us $25. We went to the taxi stand at the corner and were able to get it for $12, round trip. No major problems with the condo. The coffee maker didn't work properly and we felt the sheets were not the best quality but other than that everything was very nice. Overall a very nice place to stay but it underwhelmed in atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet place and to be left alone.

Can’t wait to book again!

The property is very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable with great linens. The couch is comfy with plenty of seating. The kitchen has all the items you could need for preparing food. The rooftop patio with the hot tub was a fantastic way to end each evening. The property manager was wonderful, got us good deals on activities, made sure we had everything we needed, scheduled a nurse to come do Covid tests for traveling home, and arranged airport transportation. I would very much recommend this property. It isn’t beach front but it’s only a short walk to the beach and a fraction of the cost for beachfront. The savings buys more margaritas and yummy food.

Fantastic Location

Great condo with everything you need in an absolute amazing location. Medano beach is a short 5 minute walk. To walk downtown to the marina, shops or restaurants is an easy walk. Approximately 15 minutes.

Amazing

Was super easy to book as the dates we wanted were available. After emailing the concierge a couple of times we arranged for return transportation to and from the airport. Driver met us with a smile and cold beer, even though our flight was delayed. He even made a stop at Walmart for us. When we got to the property, Hugo, the property manager was awaiting us. He had the famous guacamole, chips, and beer awaiting while we got the tour, it did not disappoint. As he showed us the condo, all we could say was “wow”. The place is beautiful and super comfortable. Reviews in the past said that the street noise at night was loud, the first night it was, after that, not a problem. The roof top patio was amazing and the sunrises were spectacular. 10 minute walk to the beach, and 15 minute walk to the marina and “downtown”. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo with the perfect arrangement for our stay during Covid-19. Isolated from party scene

Smooth, from start to finish, Hugo and Caesar were excellent and greeted us warmly. We were looking for a quiet Christmas getaway with the family and got just that. Walking distance to downtown San Lucas, the marina and Medano beach but far enough away to keep clear of party scene. Beautiful condo with private rooftop terrace for sunrises and lazy afternoons while baby napped. Security team at front gate was top notch and made us feel at home from the outset.

Perfecto!

I highly recommend this condo. It is everything the pictures promised and more. The condo is well equipped with cookware/stemware and lots of dishes. The wi-fi was fast and dependable. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The location is great with a short 5 minute walk to Medano Beach. The marina and Walmart are also within walking distance. The only negative is the street noise(loud music) on a Saturday night. The noise is only heard from the front bedroom. Hugo, the property manager, is the hidden gem of the condo. Hugo arranged the transportation to and from the airport and is a phone call away from whatever else you may need. I can't wait to book my next vacation at this condo!

Beautiful place

This is a very beautiful home very comfortable to be in for a week or more nice views the homeowners have done everything to make you comfortable and have all the needs that you could want. The only thing I would say about this and it has nothing to do with the homeowners and they have no way to control it just make sure you have good earplugs to sleep at night as there is a karaoke bar that plays late Into the Night and on the weekends the local found adults play their music really loud in the field across until like 6 in the morning but again the homeowners cannot control this just beware did it can get loud and you need some good noise cancelling earphones or earplugs to be able to sleep.

Perfect!

This was our third visit to Cabo, staying at Puerta Cabos Village (PCV). This was our first time in unit #602 and it was just as described! In fact the decor and furniture was the best of any unit that we have been in. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms lovely, kitchen outfitted with all your possible needs. We had tons of channels on TV and were able to watch the football playoffs. This condo building is in the perfect location. Medano beach is at the end of the street and the marina area is walkable. We never once took a cab. The deck on top of the unit is to die for, very private! We can't wait to go back again and look forward to this unit! Hugo (condo mgr) set up a fabulous trip for us to La Paz and Todos Santos. In the past we have booked a private boat tour, zip lining and ATV sunset cruise, he is the best and will make sure that your stay goes smoothly. Thanks again for the great vacation!!!!

Fantastic property, location, and lifestyle

Unit 602 in Puerta Cabos Village was fantastic. For us it is the perfect location - less than 2 blocks to have your feet in the sand, coming out on the swimmable Medano beach right by many massage tents and the classic Tobasco's Beach Bar. In the evenings we'd take a comfortable stroll on the sidewalks into town and the marina, rarely using taxis at all. The unit itself is beautiful - the furniture and beds are comfortable, the AC is cold, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The generous balcony with large table and chairs, rooftop loungers, large rooftop sectional couch, and hot tub were great assets, as well as 2 community pools with very few guests using them. We used to stay at the luxurious Villa del Arco regularly since it opened in 2007 but don't think we'll be back after this experience; the privacy, space, and value are all much better here. The property manager, Hugo, was super helpful and responsive both arranging transportation (with free drinks and a Walmart stop, in new Escalades!) and personally welcoming us to the unit with gifts and concierge service. The views from the first floor balcony and rooftop were great - we even enjoyed watching some soccer at the fields across the street. We're excited to return soon!

Great location, but noisy!

Hugo, the property manager met us with beer and guacamole. He was helpful as was Ivan. The property was first rate. We loved the rooftop deck and barbecued multiple times. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and the fun places to have a drink or snack, such as Mango Deck and the Office. Loved spending time in the ocean, although the vendors were plentiful! What wasn't so nice was the street noise during the night, as well as people partying across the street near the soccer fields. The condo itself is fantastic, but because of the construction across the street and the late night activity in the open space across the street, we would not stay there again.
