Casa Luca is a custom-designed owner-built Tuscan villa spanning over 19,000 square feet. Architects Ford, Carson & Associates designed the villa which took more than 2 years to complete, and the current owners have spared no expense in the design, construction, and impeccable furnishings within.

All of which, is evident by the extensive handcrafted cabinetry throughout the home and every inch of flooring is lavishly detailed travertine and stained concrete.

The Villa’s orchard bears fruit throughout the year and the custom landscaping including plants, shrubbery, and bougainvillea and palm trees is impeccable. Entering the property one encounters a dramatic entrance hall, with a huge entertainment area and formal dining room. Continuing through the Italian-styled entrance hall one encounters a huge corridor, which to the right leads to the custom-designed staircases leading to the second and ground-levels. Turning right at the staircase, one traverses another long corridor leading to a custom-designed cloakroom and into the spacious downstairs guest suite with French doors opening to the patio and Pacific, a large walk-in closet, a separate shower, and toilet.

The expansive living and dining areas lead you back out to the infinity pool and Jacuzzi spa where one can enjoy lunch under the shady Palapa and later view spectacular Pacific sunsets.
