No hot water in the room in building 21 for 5 days. Some of the staff at the Manila Bar were not very courteous. Hallways in the building where the suite was , were not clean. Not enough vegetarian options in restaurants. At the Market in the Mexican joint the lady would not oblige to send the Fajitas without the chicken on the side, that was crazy.
Positives were that the property is huge and pretty awesome. Sky pool and beach very beautiful. Some restaurants like Zhao Shen were helpful and obliged to make veg food replacing meat with tofu. Food and drinks at Manila bar was good. House keeping staff were and room service was good.
Overall I gave three stars because a 5 star resort can't not have hot water for 5 days straight without fixing the problem and some folks at certain bars/restaurants actual tried to boss around telling me they can't serve me while they were serving other people at the same time. Things need to get fixed and fast and folks need to learn to be impartial and provide 5 star service.
