Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all amenities from the clubhouse which includes complete workout room and access to the community pool, and clubhouse facilities.

Getting Around:

Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5.

Transportation available: Bus (highway stop), taxi, Uber, car rental, private transportation.

Renting a car is a good idea to comfortably move around, let us know and we will be glad to help arrange car rental and/or private transportation to/from Airport.

According to community rules, this condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, and this limit cannot be exceeded at any time.

Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the unit. Arrivals with more guests than booked will be denied check-in, and a $250 USD fine applies if the rule is violated. Visitors are welcome during the day as long as the total number of people never exceeds the community limit.



To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for all residents, external vendors are not allowed inside the property. Our concierge team will gladly connect you with approved and trusted local partners for anything you may need during your stay.



Please note that there may be intermittent construction noise in the surrounding area, as Vista Vela continues to grow. Most guests find it manageable, but we want you to be aware in advance and plan your stay comfortably.



We welcome monthly stays, and an additional refundable security deposit per month may apply. Please confirm this detail with us before booking.
