About the property:

The master bedroom is located on the main level with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountain ranges. The bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, wall-mounted smart TV, ample closet space, and a large bathroom with granite-topped double vanities, a walk-in shower and an additional storage closet.

The two bedrooms located on the bottom level have adjoining doors to the bottom level balcony with views of the ocean and mountain range from the terrace, each bedroom and each bathroom. Bedroom One has a king-sized bed, double closets and a full bathroom. In addition, Bedroom One doubles as an office space with a beautiful wood desk including all the office amenities needed. Bedroom Two has a Queen size bed, bunk bed (double & single beds), wall mounted smart TV, a full size closet and a full bathroom.

The recently renovated guest house has its own private access and balcony steps away from the main house. The guest house is equipped with a king-sized bed, built in closet and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest house makes Casa Colibri great for larger families and/or couples on vacation together.

The kitchen is every chef’s dream! With the gorgeous views and the open concept layout, the chef in the family will be immersed in all the fun. The kitchen appliances are all stainless steel including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and oven. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all you could need including coffee pot, kettle, air fryer, griddle, blender, baking pans & dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, bakeware, mixing bowls, chefs knifes and much much more. For dining, there is a unique wood table with seating for five located in the dining room as well as a three seater bar top on the balcony.

Alongside the kitchen, the sleek designer furniture and high-end electronics enhance the common spaces. The wide opening accordion style doors to the balcony boast views to the ocean and a fresh breeze throughout the open-concept floor plan.

On the ocean–view pool deck, you’ll have a refreshing infinity pool, outdoor living areas, a barbecue and a private walkway to the beachfront. The pool is a great spot to enjoy the sun in the morning, cool off in the afternoon or watch all the fishing boats & sail boats and cruise ships come into the marina at sunset.

The secluded beach is reached by private stairs and is only shared by the four other houses. More often than not you will be the only ones on the beach! When you are finished snorkeling, boogie boarding, building sandcastles or just walking along the beach you have the option for a fresh water rinse off or shower located at the bottom of the beach stairs, private to Casa Colibri. Don’t forget to stop for a fresh mango or banana on your way back to the house if they are in season!


While Casa Colibri is located in a peaceful and tranquil area, the convenience of Playa Flamingo is a short five-minute drive away or 15 minute walk away. You truly have the best of both worlds with this home.
You can find many amazing restaurants, shopping, ice-cream shops, markets, pharmacies, banks, nightlife and a fully stocked convenience store in Flamingo as well as the Marina. In addition, many other vibrant towns are nearby, including Potrero(10mins), Brasilito(15mins), Tamarindo(30mins) and Playas del Coco(45mins). The area is also famous for the nesting ground for sea turtles, including the giant leatherback, and the region abounds with monkeys, iguanas, birds and other native species.
