This space truly displays the spectacular sunsets that Flamingo beach has to offer. The beautiful white sand and crystal clear blue water is only a mere 50 steps from your patio.



Upon entering the master suite, you are greeted with only the highest quality of finishes. The tall, vaulted ceilings allow for a cool breeze during the day and night as you vacation in paradise. Wake up in your large, comfortable king size bed, grab your fresh Costa Rican coffee, and walk out onto your own extended oceanfront balcony. Your relaxation and privacy are forefront at the Palms.



The guest bedroom offers the same tall and vaulted ceilings as the master. Inside, you will find a queen bed, and also a large loft that sleeps two kids. This is a great space for your friends, the grandparents, or the children coming along.The loft's lighting can be controlled from up in the loft or down in the bedroom.



The Palms is a gated community with 24-hour security, a large BBQ area, a gym with an ocean view, and an infinity pool that melts into the Pacific Ocean. Take advantage of The Palms’ 24 hour/7 days a week secured parking and guardhouse to watch over your car. Alongside these many world-class amenities, this community is within walking distance to many local restaurants which offer food from local gastronomy to Italian.
