This newer, 4-Bedroom, 4.5-bathroom single level, ocean view home is located about one hour from the Liberia International Airport. Casa Tinto is a beautiful home that features an amazing master suite and bath complete with a soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms all come with en-suite bathrooms and beds with fine linens to sleep on after a full day of surfing, fishing, or undertaking any of the many other fun things to do in our area. The home also provides a bath with access to the pool area allowing guests facilities without entering the house.

The home includes high speed internet, a 65” smart TV, and a SONOS sound system. Guests have access to a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. This ocean view home is located within a small residential area of Playa Grande with full-time residents on both sides, so we ask to keep late noise (after 10p and before 6a) to a minimum. Nearby amenities include a gym and yoga studio, tennis, hiking/biking trails, restaurants/bars and much more. Housekeeping services are included twice with weekly stays or longer.
