A member of our staff will great you to show you around the villa. The chef, housekeepers, wait staff and yard maintenance will be around most days. Services are included but the cost of food and beverage is billed separately at the end of your stay.
Expansive villa with complete privacy. Pictures and words do not do this property justice. There's so many little areas to getaway but nice big large spaces to enjoy with friends or family. Staying at Villa Cantamar is a true experience. Dine under the tree, under the pergola on the point or at the 12 person dinning room table. Let our dedicated adventure guides take you on daily excursions and our full time staff will make sure your room is clean and your belly full.

🔸 Daily Gratuity: $175 per night (required) — supports the full-time staff and service team. Billed with incidentals at checkout.
🔸 Chef Services: Chef services included; guests only pay for the cost of groceries. The chef will handle shopping and provide receipts for reimbursement. It is the responsibility of the booker to pay for incidentals, gratuity, food and beverage, within 3 days of receiving the invoice. Unpaid invoices will be billed to the card on file.
🔸 Event Fees: Private events, weddings, or gatherings require prior approval and carry additional fees based on guest count and event size. Final guest count is inclusive of the number of guest staying at the villa.

Villa Services, Groceries & Incidentals
This is a fully staffed villa experience. The nightly rate does not include groceries, alcoholic beverages, specialty items, staff gratuities, or incidentals arranged at the guest’s request through the villa manager.
Guests are financially responsible for the cost of all groceries, beverages, approved incidentals, staff gratuities, damages incurred during their stay.

Security Hold
A refundable $1,000 security authorization hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to arrival. This hold is not a charge and is released after checkout provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or unpaid incidentals from the stay. The hold allows us to quickly resolve any issues while keeping the check-in process smooth for guests.
