When you exit the elevator and turn left on the second floor, you will find the apartment. Upon entering, you will see a gallery overlooking an interior courtyard, which provides natural light to the master bedroom and ventilation to the bathroom.

On the right, you will find the master bedroom, equipped with a 1.80 x 2m bed, built-in wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair. On the left, you will find a full bathroom, equipped with a shower, screen, and exterior ventilation towards the interior courtyard.

Continuing into the apartment, you will find a modern kitchen open to the living room, equipped with everything necessary for both short and long stays.

The living room, with a window facing the central patio, has a table for four, a seating area with a 1.50 x 2m sofa bed, a coffee table, a comfortable armchair, and a Smart TV.

Just steps from the Cádiz Cathedral and Plaza de las Flores, the area offers a charming historical atmosphere, surrounded by narrow cobblestone streets and iconic monuments. Additionally, La Caleta beach is within walking distance, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the Atlantic.
