f you prefer walking, it’s only a 20-minute stroll or a quick 5-minute drive from the CBD. For public transport, your next bus stop is located at Mulgrave Rd at Parramatta Park State School, Parramatta Park, making it easy for you to explore the area.

Plus, the airport is just a 15-minute drive away, so you can easily access your flights without any hassle.



Other Things to Note:

We kindly ask that noise and music be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM.



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the balcony



Daily cleaning isn't included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy. Mid-stay cleans and extra towels can be arranged on request for an additional fee.



We're unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local storage services if needed.



A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries, and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up items as needed.
