The Space:

With three TVs throughout the home—including a second lounge upstairs—there’s room for everyone to relax. The large kitchen features premium appliances, stone benchtops, and generous gathering space, flowing into a refined dining area designed for entertaining.
Step outside into an entertainer’s paradise. Sip drinks at the lakefront bar or start the day with a swim in the 13-metre pool, surrounded by swaying palms and spectacular vistas. Or unwind in the elevated five-seater spa, perfectly positioned to soak in sunset views or stargaze. Host memorable alfresco meals with the built-in BBQ and take in the tropical surroundings from every angle.
Encircling the pool are three private guest quarters: two separate queen bedrooms on one side and a spacious king suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite on the other, opening to lush gardens and lagoon views. Each of these detached retreats features its exterior entrance, offering added privacy away from the main two-storey home, which includes two bedrooms upstairs.
Upstairs, a second lounge with a fold-out sofa and a balcony overlooking the lagoon and tropical mountains also features two additional bedrooms, including the main suite. Just a three-minute walk to Trinity Beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower and return to ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full laundry, and a double garage.
