Do you have an extra large family or group that you need to accommodate? Do you want a large solar heated swimming pool with water feature? You have found the right listing so look no further! This house is situated close to the Airport and is not far from the City Centre. It makes an ideal base for your North QLD holiday. You will love the privacy and the features this house offers. You will feel like you are staying in your own private tropical resort.

The space
My house is modern and contemporary and offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned.

Outside you will find a large covered patio area that looks out over the saltwater solar heated pool (ranges from 25-30 degrees depending on weather conditions). You can swim all year round here. A range of pool toys are also provided. Your children will love this.

The pool and entertainment area are very private and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The enormous undercover patio is ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing all year round. You can seat 12 people at the outdoor dining table and there is an outdoor lounge for relaxing by the pool.

The kids are going to love the cubby house and sandpit in the garden and the yard that is large enough to play in. There is also a range of toys and books suitable for children aged 1 -10 years old. A highchair, stroller and a portacot is available if required.

Everyone will enjoy the well equipped kitchen that looks out over the patio and pool area. You will find everything you need to cook up a storm for 12 people. Best of all there is a dishwasher so you don't need to wash up afterwards. Or maybe you would prefer to use the Weber BBQ and cook outside by the pool.

Basics such as tea, coffee, milk, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent etc are all provided. There is enough to cover the first day or two of your stay so you don't have to go to the shops straight away:-)

At night you will sleep very well thanks to the comfortable beds and quiet neighbourhood. Linen, bathroom and pool towels are provided. Please advise number of guests staying as linen provided is dependent on number of guests booked.

The outdoor laundry has a washing machine and dryer with access to the washing line at the side of the house. An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are all provided.

Guest access
You will have sole access to the whole house, the garden and the pool. The garage is not available to guests, although if you have a member of your group with mobility issues please ask and I can make garage available upon request. There is room for 1 standard sized car. The rest of the garage is used for storage. The linen cupboard inside the house is locked and not accessible to guests. Please note the driveway is steep so you will need to be prepared to climb stairs to access house if you are parking on street.

Other things to note
There is plenty of street parking. Enough to park your RV, trailer and/or boat as well as a few cars. Please note the driveway is steep so not suitable for those guests who have mobility issues. If you are parking at top of driveway you need to be comfortable with reversing up a steep driveway.
