Was sceptical given it’s a business hotel and I was travelling with babies but after a couple of requests, the hotel managed to meet our needs and made our stay very comfortable. From help with getting local taxis and sites, it was great. My only peeve is again, the staff at the check-in desk could really learn to smile as we experienced a very dismissive behaviour when checking out and asking to print documents. However the rest of the hotel staff from kitchen, to concierge to housekeeping and customer experience was fantastic. I’d definitely recommend coming and using again!
