COSY APARTMENT NEARBY THE BEACH

This cozy apartment is located in Segur de Calafell, the ideal coastal town to enjoy a quiet holiday near the sea. You can easily walk in 10 minutes to the beach or the port (where you have restaurants and leisure options for all ages). The train station is a 5-minute walk away (from there you can reach Barcelona or Port Aventura in about 50 minutes, respectively). We have recently acquired and conditioned it so you will not miss anything.

The aparment is located on the first floor without elevator. It consists of a dining room, terrace, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with double beds and the third with 2 single beds), a complete bathroom and a kitchen (completely renovated). It has been decorated with care and detail in order to offer guests a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils available as well as a toaster, microwave, kettle and washing machine. All rooms have bedding, wardrobe and / or dresser. The bathroom has a hairdryer, soap and towels. So forget about carrying your suitcase more than necessary!

Guest access:
Although the apartment does not have a parking space, do not worry! Will not be a challenge since there are several streets nearby in the white zone (no payment) where you can find parking both in summer and winter very easily.

Being located near the center (station and town hall) you can find a 5 min walk a wide choice of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, etc.

Other things to note:
You can enjoy TV and internet. Additionally, we have left several books on the shelves in the dining room that I encourage you to read :)
