STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

Vehicles that are restricting access to driveways will be TICKETED AND TOWED.

Lost keys/fobs/garage opener $250/each charge. Please make sure to return them before checking out

STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $50 FEE.

We are not liable for any slips or falls due to ice or snow during the winter. Please exercise caution when there are winter conditions.

**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!

Guest Verification Required:
-To ensure the safety and security of all our guests and our property, we require a government-issued photo ID to be submitted after your reservation is confirmed. This is a standard part of our verification process.

- Failure to return furniture to its original position upon checkout may incur a fee.

- Please remove your shoes upon entering the house.
