Casa 14 The Splash-tastic Getaway

This house is all about light and space—plenty of room to stretch out and relax.

The house is 400 square meters. We live in it year-round. When we have guests, we "retire" to a two-room, separated little apartment within the house, with its own entrance - you´ll never see us, except if you need something. So you'll have the complete free run of the house - no interference. Total privacy.

There is a lot of art, so if you're into painting and photography, you'll like it.

The master bedroom is big and comfy with a world-class view of the pool, a big walk-in closet, and an immense bathroom. We can easily put in an extra bed if needed.

There’s a half room with two individual beds, perfect also for couples when joined. It comes with its own full bathroom. We call it a half room because it doesn't have a door per se, but it's very private.

There's also a king-sized sofa-bed in the tv room if the need arises. Taking this into account, we can easily accommodate 6 people.

It is important, when you reserve, that you indicate the exact composition of your group (ages and sex of kids, how many couples, parents, friends). So we tailor as much as we can to your needs.

Our location is super convenient. You’re close to public transport, the city center, the arts, culture, parks, restaurants, and malls.

Our place is in a gated community with 17 other houses, round-the-clock security, and CCTV. And guards who round the perimeter at night. Very quiet and cozy.

We're surrounded by tropical nature. Expect to be serenaded by birds, and the afternoon breeze is a total treat.

The real star of the show is our fabulous infinity pool. Plunge in to cool off, have a drink on the "beach," and have some music going.

You’ll fall in love with the vibe, the outdoor space, all the natural light, and the neighborhood charm.
