Summary:
Spacious second floor apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 single bed), 4 bathrooms and kitchen located on one of the most beautiful streets in the entire city, Boulevard del Río Cali, just steps away from all the fun. The best place to get to know the local culture.
All rooms have air conditioning, SmarTV, desk and access to a private bathroom with hot water. The building has an elevator.
The Space:
Located on the second floor, this apartment combines comfort and functionality. We keep the old elevator, which works perfectly, so you won't have to worry about climbing stairs.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. You will have pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, as well as a blender, microwave, coffee maker, and don't forget the sponges and dish soap.
Sleeping Area: The sleeping area offers a cozy and functional environment with three bedrooms. Two of them have comfortable king-size beds, perfect for a restful sleep. The third room has a single bed, ideal for an additional guest. Each room is equipped with blackout curtains to ensure your privacy, air conditioning for your comfort, and two desks for working. In addition, you will enjoy a 55-inch smart TV that gives you access to all your favorite streaming apps.
Bathrooms: The bathrooms are well-equipped with towels, mats, hair dryer, toilet paper, makeup remover pads, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Plus, you'll have unlimited hot water thanks to the electric heater.

Guest Access:
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (5 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.
The Neighborhood:
Located right on the river boulevard by the historic Cali downtown, it's hard to think of a more emblematic and central location in the whole city. The area is full of little restaurants and bars. The restaurant on the first floor of the building - Tierra de Todos - serve what is arguably the best burger in the whole city!
On one side you have the financial district mixed with all the old beautiful buildings. At the end of the boulevard, two blocks down, you'll find La Pergola Clandestina - one of the top 100 night clubs in the world.
5 minutes walk across the river you'll find the Centenario Shopping center and and 5 minutes more will take you to the Granada entertainment district.
In the other direction towards the hotel Intercontinental, you'll find the El Peñon and colonial San Antonio neighborhoods. Both are tourist favorites and packed with dining options, including some cocktail bars, artisanal ice cream, good coffee shops, etc.
Plaza Caicedo is only a few blocks away.
Please note that part of the river boulevard turns into an after work street party, especially on Friday afternoons. So if you're sensitive noise and fun then best to choice another location. But there's honestly no better place to get a feel for the local culture.
Getting Around:
During the day, I suggest walking wherever possible. Enjoy the warm, eternal summer climate. Get to know the city. Explore!
If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 4.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but then to get very crowded.
At night, best to use a taxi / Uber / Didi.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Parking:
The Magusan building has no parking. Please never leave your vehicle unattended at any time on the street or anywhere else in Cali. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items from your vehicle during your stay. There is a safe paid parking lot a few blocks away that we will happily guide you to.
Housekeeping & Laundry:
Housekeeping and laundry services are not included with the stay. However they can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. Laundry is $40.000 COP per load (up to 10 kg). It includes pick-up at the apartment by our staff, washing, drying, folding and delivery back to you.
Housekeeping is $60.000 COP per assigned day.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Free City Tour included:

Airport pick-ups:
Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica:
We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities:
This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.
