2-bedroom apartment on the second line with ducted air conditioning. The apartment is located on Fossa beach, ideal for families with children or couples, quiet area, sandy beach.
The apartment is renovated and has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom and a terrace with views of the sea, the rock and the street.
It also has a parking space and community pool.
A few kilometers away there are important leisure attractions such as: TERRA MITICA, AQUALANDIA, TERRANATURA, MUNDOMAR, BENIDORM PALACE… In our office we also sell discount tickets to these parks.
In July and August street parking is paid, but the rest of the year it is free. About 100 meters away, there is the bus stop to go to the center or to take a tour and see all the points of Calpe. The bus can leave the traveler at the train stop so that they can visit the nearby towns without taking the car and enjoying spectacular views from the train.
