Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 70 m² apartment for rent in Calvi, about 450m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment comprises
- 25 m² living room with TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and single bed
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: cot high chair, fans.
Exterior:
- Two 6 m² balconies to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Calvi, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Visit Calvi, the citadel, the lighthouse, the bay...
- Hiking
- The little train (trinichellu) to Lumio and Ile Rousse
- Concerts
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private, numbered parking space.

- Nearest train station: Calvi, approx. 5 min walk (approx. 300 m)
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine about 10 min by car
