NOPE Ants and Lighting and Pressure and Work
Well the big draw is the hot tub. I messaged to ask if it was working which should have been a cue to fix it. When got there the water was freezing and it wasn't working. That took 24 hours for us to fix and the promised 70 GBP deduction from our fee never arrived. That is unconscionable. I said I might arrive early because I was flying in from US - the pressure to pay early check in was unbearable. Constant calls. And I didn't even use it in the end and THAT wasn't refunded. Many things in the apartment don't work, there was an ant infestation, the remote control blinds didn't work so we couldn't enjoy the view, we BEGGED them to fix burned out lights and ants and blinds and the LAST DAY they sort of fixed the blinds. There was no promised coffee and the ubereats delivery was awkward and time consuming. They owe us money. The visit was really made unpleasant by these lacks. There were no lights over the bedroom desk for make up and zoom calls and no lights over the bathroom mirror for make up. The rate jumped from 202 GBP to 236 GBP just as I booked it and I would have paid that without complaining for a good stay but this was not that. A cynical money grab with 0 customer service on a crusty apartment. And the management company from hell is called Perfect Stay. Ah, the irony. I still want the money that was promised. - The 70 pounds for the hot tub and the 20 that was coerced out of me for early check in I did not use. Boooo! Bad Management!
