This charming and stylish Victorian terrace home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Cambridge. It is centrally located in the heart of the historical city of Cambridge, next to the Grafton shopping centre, with local cafes, restaurants and bars a short walk away. This spacious two bedroom terrace spread over two floors, has been decorated and furnished to create a relaxing and elegant experience, with local services on your doorstep. This is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or study here in Cambridge.
SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed and with built-in closets
2nd Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed.
Office: Single Fold Out Sofa Bed - Available for children or small adult, at an additional cost. Please request during your booking.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay. Main bathroom with shower only.
CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a flat screen 40 inch Smart TV, and all your favourite streaming channels installed – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Disney Plus. Own account required for viewing. Private office with desk and chair available to work from home, with free Wifi available to use. A fully enclosed private courtyard.
EATING:
A fully equipped kitchen is provided for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, and fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle, with some condiments provided. There is also a washer-dryer available in the property for personal use.
PARKING:
There is no parking at the property and parking on the street is for local residents only and strictly controlled, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks a short walk away, that are also free to park in overnight. Please contact us for parking advice if this is required.
OUT AND ABOUT:
Our home is in a prime location in the centre of Cambridge. Located next to the Grafton Shopping Centre, it is a leisurely 12 minute walk into the city centre. It is a 5 minute walk to nearby cafes, restaurants and pubs. For local attractions such as the River Cam, Midsummer Common and Cambridge colleges, they are all within walking distance. To Cambridge train station it is a short 8 minute drive.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
