Tucked inside the beautiful, gated community of Old Kinderhook, this stylish 4-bedroom, 3 bath retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for relaxation, fun and unforgettable memories. Overlooking rolling hills, peaceful water views, and surrounded by trees. The Tipsy Fox delivers that “tucked away but close to everything” feeling. The home is complete with a game room and cozy outdoor fire pit. Guest have access to Kinderhook amenities such as tennis courts, massage, meal delivery, pools, basketball court, and pickleball court.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is a bright, beautifully designed chef’s kitchen with sleek wood cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, a K-cup coffee maker, and a spacious center island with seating for two. Just off the kitchen, there is a more formal seating area for six.

Living Room
The open concept layout blends the living area with the kitchen, perfect for entertaining. It features a couch, two accent chairs, mounted flat screen TV with a soundbar, and sliding doors that open to the screened balcony. Out on the balcony you will find a bar height table with seating for six.

Master Suite
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a double vanity sink, walk-in shower, and spacious walk in closet.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a dresser for storage.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Game Room
The fully loaded game room is the perfect spot to gather, compete, and unwind. It features a mounted flatscreen TV, a full-size ping-pong table, a mini putting green, books, board games, darts, and a large bar-top table with seating for the whole group. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the tree-lined backyard.

The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, closet, and a mounted flat screen TV.

The third bathroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

This home is situated inside Old Kinderhook in Camdenton. It features restaurants like The Trophy Room and a gorgeous 18-hole golf course that is open to the public. You are just 7 minutes from Ha Ha Tonka State Park, 25 minutes to Osage Beach, and just 30 minutes to the famous Bagnell Dam Strip.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 before check-in. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
