This delightful 500 m2 It has four-storey property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It has a breathtaking sea view and parking inside the property.
On the bottom floor, youâll find a fully glazed living space that opens up to mesmerizing pool and garden views. A handy little annexe is also equipped with a washing machine and fridge.
Up on the first floor, discover a bedroom featuring two comfortable single beds and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, heating, and ample storage. A shared bathroom down the hall is stocked with essentials for your convenience.
The second floor features a cosy sitting area with a TV to watch and relax after a day of exploring the city or gathering around the long dining table. Step out onto the gorgeous balcony, which has a stunning sea view. The kitchen has all the cookware and cutlery you need to whip up delicious meals.
On the top floor, you'll find three beautiful bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed and generous storage. A shared bathroom offers everything you need to freshen up.
Outside, lounge by the beautiful swimming pool, soak up the sun, or stroll through the lovely garden, surrounded by natureâs beauty.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Senhora da Agonia, is just 850 meters away.
Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
