The open-concept kitchen continues the beach house feel, blending practicality and warmth. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, and coffee maker.
There are three inviting bedrooms, each echoing the relaxed charm of a seaside escape. The first bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second includes a double bed, air conditioning, and a spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom has a cosy single bed that can turn into two single beds and practical storage.
The shared bathroom has fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay more comfortable.
To complete the coastal atmosphere, the apartment opens onto a balcony â a simple but welcoming spot to enjoy the fresh breeze with a morning coffee or a quiet break in the afternoon.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

Moledo, in the municipality of Caminha, is one of the most sought-after destinations on the northern coast of Portugal, known for its long beach and the beautiful natural landscapes surrounding it. The Atlantic Ocean, dunes, and pine forest create a unique setting, ideal for those seeking peace in close contact with nature. The village has preserved its authentic and welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxing holidays and weekend getaways.
In addition to the famous Moledo Beach, much appreciated by families and water sports enthusiasts, the region offers excellent hiking trails, cultural points of interest, and a rich gastronomy featuring fresh fish and seafood. Its proximity to the Spanish border and towns such as Caminha and Vila Praia de Ăncora also makes it an excellent base for exploring the Alto Minho region.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. There is free private parking in the garage.
The nearest train station, Moledo do Minho, is just a 1-minute walk.
Aeroporto Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro is a 53-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
