Fetovaia 1 is a two-room apartment with independent entrance on the first and last floor of a small house. It is located in a strategic position, away from the confusion, 250 meters from the beach of Fetovaia, a few minutes drive from the beaches of Cavoli and Marina di Campo.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed consisting of a sofa bed with two single beds, one of which is extractable, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The property does not have bed, bath and kitchen linen.
The room leads to a small terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. On the ground floor there is a fully fenced tiled outdoor area, ideal for welcoming your pet.
