We are spread over an acre with enough privacy on all sides (no house on the left side lot and ski lift on the right) and lots of woods around the house. Every room in the house has breathtaking views. Outside deck and patio area are the place to entertain and enjoy fire pit. Inside you can entertain around the living room fireplace while watching the unforgettable sunset.

Kids will have a great time with entertainment of all kinds. They can enjoy the ski on the slopes, trails from the property, board games with family and friends or arcade machine at the house with lots of game to enjoy with siblings or friends. Bored kids is one less thing you need to worry about.

State of the art game room with 80 inch 4k TV, Arcade, game room and more. Guest of all ages would find something to keep themselves entertained.

Home is filled with high tech features to control home features such as master room blinds (just ask assistant to close or open the blinds without moving a finger), play music in bedroom, bathroom or living room using integrated speakers, control TV or lights. We have a gravel driveway and also a graveled patch at the top of the road to park 4-5 cars. 1 minute walk to Campton mountain ski, 20 min to ski Waterville, 35 to Loon or Cannon.
