Willkommen zu Hause in einem StĂŒck Canandaigua Lake! Dieses neu renovierte 3 Schlafzimmer 2. 5 Bad Haus liegt direkt am See und bietet eine private Umgebung mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sie haben keinen langen steilen HĂŒgel oder mĂŒssen die Straße ĂŒberqueren, um zum Wasser zu gelangen! Die erste Etage bietet einen direkten Blick auf das Deck, das Dock und den See. Die brandneue KĂŒche ist komplett fĂŒr die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten ausgestattet. Die große Insel bietet Platz fĂŒr 6 Personen und der Bauernhaustisch fĂŒr 8 Personen. Das Familienzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei bequeme Sofas und einen an der Wand befestigten Fernseher, der mit Kabel und Netflix ausgestattet ist. Das Tretboot ist am Strand, Kajaks hĂ€ngen am StĂ€nder am Seeufer, Angelruten im Schuppen und die Feuerstelle ist bereit fĂŒr das Marshmallow-Braten mit Brennholz.

Die Master-Suite befindet sich auf der Hauptebene mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss umfassen ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und ein Schlafzimmer fĂŒr vier Personen in einem Doppelstockbett mit ausziehbarem Rollbett (siehe Bilder). Diese beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören auch WLAN und ein Weber-Gasgrill. Dieses Haus liegt an der begehrten West Lake Road mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und ist 10 km von der Innenstadt von Canandaigua entfernt. Besuchen Sie die nahe gelegenen WeingĂŒter (Heron Hill-Verkostungsraum nur 5 km entfernt) und den Aerial Adventures-Kurs von Bristol Mountain. The house was great. Very clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and we were minutes from stores and dining.I will say definitely bring your smallest vehicle. The driveway is very tight. Otherwise is was a relaxing stay and we had beautiful weather.

We had a great time staying at this property; it was very clean and had everything we needed. We rented a boat for the week; German Brothers marina is not far down the street and were very accommodating, letting us return the boat at 7 pm if we wanted it that long. The kayaks and activities in the basement kept my son busy. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your home. Family and grandson enjoyed the game room in the basement and the easy access to the water. House has all the amenities you could possibly need. Highly recommend this property.

Rest and relax

My husband and I rented this property and invited friends and family throughout the week to visit. The house is spacious with excellent views of the lake, the kitchen was well equipped to cook. Beds were comfortable, central air was key as the week was hot. Katrina the owner was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The water is lovely, and property is well maintained. My only suggestion would be to add cleats to the dock so renting and keeping a boat at the property would be an option. Other than that - 5 stars all around- and we’d stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Property was well maintained and clean. Plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies were provided. We had some cool and rainy weather during our stay so the gas fireplace and downstairs games (ping pong and foosball) were a fun way to spend some time indoors. The morning views of the lake with a fresh cup of coffee were really amazing. Neighbors were quiet and the location itself peaceful and relaxing. Our host Katrina checked on us via email which was appreciated along with the pre arrival information on the area.

The house is modern and very clean with a basement game room, hangout space, main floor kitchen with two separate living rooms that allows different activities to be enjoyed. The viwes are wonderful from the deck that has a motorized retractable awning. Would book this again!!

This Lake House had EVERYTHING a family needed

Exactly what I dreamed the best family get-away could achieve! This lake house had every last detail that a mother of small and large children could need. We LOVED the amenities. From the fun boats, toy room, firewood, and fishing rods, down to the straws in the kitchen, and black hand-towels specifically for makeup removal. Y'all know how to VBRO the right!! This house raises the bar for all the other vacation rentals. What a fantastic experience! Thank you!!

Annual family getaway

We love the view! The open floor plan, the windows, deck and the constantly moving water create a gorgeous view from sunrise to sunset. The kitchen is large enough for several cooks and the house has several rooms, including the basement for play. We love dragging the boats into the water and enjoying Canandaigua Lake at our whim.

Wonderful 3 bedroom lake home

I had family and friends come to visit and some stayed over a night or 2. There was everything we could have wanted. The basement was great with TV and games and a closet with childrens toys, highchair, playpen, ect. My extended stay was exceptional. Beautiful location!

This house was perfect for our family! The lake is so peaceful lots of fun places in downtown Canandaigua. It really made our 4th of July celebration such a fun experience. The owner warned us about parking but can’t stress enough how awkward the driveway isđŸ˜«make sure you have a small car!

Beautiful view and lovely home

I’m very picky and I have to say that Katrina’s home was very clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax with my family. The view of the lake is incredible. We visited when it was too cold to go out on the lake, but I’d love to come back another time when it’s warmer to try the kayaks! I highly recommend this lovely home for a vacation spot. The only downside I could see for others is that you have to drive about 10-15 minutes to get to any stores or restaurants, but that was not an issue for us.

Wonderful!

We loved this place! It was like new with all of the updates, had comfortable beds and the most beautiful views! We especially loved the showers- great water pressure. The kids enjoyed ping pong and rolling down the hill. The owners were extremely responsive and the house was well stocked. The neighbors were lovely too! Highly recommend and we will likely stay again.

Sweet Retreat

There were 6 of us and we enjoyed the place immensely. The home was beautiful, kayaking on the lake was meditative. We enjoyed the fire pit and the house was well supplied. We managed to get all 4 cars on the property without blocking the driveway. I took videos to show the condition the house was left in and followed the guide on what to do, I hope everything was done to Katrina’s standards. Beautiful experience!

Perfect late summer getaway for our family

The minute we stepped in the door we felt so relaxed, we dropped our bags and went straight to the water. The backyard and view of the lake was beautiful. The water was warm and we enjoyed paddling and swimming. The house is amazing. 5 adults, a 3 year old boy and a 6 month baby girl had plenty of space to be comfortable. The basement was a great place to play ping pong and the 3 year old loved the toy closet! We were sad to leave but will be looking forward to returning next year for another great experience!

Well-Equipped Waterfront Home

The home was nicely renovated and is set up with an open plan and plenty of space. It was well equipped and comfortable with everything we needed for our family vacation. The house was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The location is great with easy access to the lake and dock. We enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit right at the waters edge. We also all had fun in the very nice game room in the basement, especially our family ping pong tournament! Many of the homes around the lake have steep inclines, but this location is very convenient and easy to access the waterfront with just a few steps. Communication with Katrina was superb. Parking for two cars in the garage and driveway was no problem.

Another great stay

Second year in a row staying. You can't beat the lake access, the closeness of downtown Canandaigua, the layout of the house and many other things. The owner is very quick to respond or just to check-in with you.
