This is a cozy, design-focused studio - perfect for a comfortable, well-located short stay. Not included: meals, cable TV channels, and in-unit washer/dryer (laundry service can be arranged for an extra cost).



Guest Access:

Self check-in. Once your registration is complete we send you a personal access code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within check-in hours), with no waiting, since we do not keep permanent staff on site. We remain available by message for anything you need.



Before arrival, please complete the online registration and send a photo ID for every guest - we require an ID for each guest to authorize access to the property and to send your check-in details/codes.



The Neighborhood:

In downtown Cancun you'll find an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars, and local markets. Popular spots nearby include Mercado 28 and Mercado 23, great for handicrafts, clothing, food, and drinks. The area is full of authentic local culture, and the Hotel Zone beaches are a quick taxi ride away.



Getting Around:

You can walk to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Other options:

- Taxis: convenient and safe, found on any corner; cheaper around downtown (more expensive to the Hotel Zone). Always agree on the price before getting in.

- Public buses: connect downtown with the Hotel Zone and other areas.

The ADO bus terminal (buses to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Chichen Itza, and the airport) is a short walk away. Cancun International Airport is about 20-25 minutes by car.

Please note: the studio is on the first floor and access is via stairs. It is located in a condominium with shared areas, so there may occasionally be daytime noise from the building or nearby maintenance/construction; any scheduled work is reflected in your price, and our team will let you know in advance when possible.



Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay can be arranged for an extra cost.
