Room was average for a Palace
Resort had no airconditioning, no cold fridge, no hot water for approx 5 nites. Elevators were not functioning at full capacity.
The first two nights no air, no cold fridge,no hot water - air came back third day but again no air for 3 additional nights. Very disappointing! They should have backup generators for a property that size!
We should be reimbursed for the inconvenience we endured!
The buffet area was more like a cafeteria!
The speciality restaurants had long waiting times and the food at the speciality restaurants was not good and cold. Steak house was okay
Buffet food was not bad but extremely busy
