The Neighborhood:
Villa Manis is located on the coastal boundary of south-west Bali’s greenbelt in the village of Pererenan, near Canggu, just 11km from the cosmopolitan glamour of Seminyak.

This is a place to enjoy the beauty of the countryside, engage with the local people and gain privileged insights into the rhythms and general buzz of daily Balinese life. Here, traditional dwellings rub shoulders with a handful of luxury holiday homes, crops are planted and harvested, ritual music is carried on the breeze and temple ceremonies are commonplace.

A 700m stroll will bring you to the rugged Pererenan Beach, which is well-known among surfers for its powerful breaks; here you will find a couple of cafés that serve simple food and offer great sunset views. Alternatively, you can take a short walk along the sand to the cafés and surfer hangouts of Echo Beach.

Getting Around:
Take a short walk to main street of Pererenan area.
If you wish to visit some other area, the best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Canggu's busy roads! Give our Manager a call, to organize these during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
• Security deposit is required, minimum IDR 5 Million Rupiah. A deposit will be requested by the villa manager upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the rental period , after deducting :
• All additional expenses incured on the guest’s behalf ( e.g. additional charge for goods, services and staff which have not been directly paid by the guest, transport, spa, etc)
• The cost of replacement or repair for loss or damage to the property or its surrounds or contents caused during the rental period.
• Payments by traveller's Cheques, other currencies or personal cheques, will not be accepted.
