The features you will enjoy while your staying:

The KITCHEN is furnished with stainless steel appliances (full fridge, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker), and high style 4 seat dining table, it’s all ready for you to whip up homemade delights if you feel like staying in. There is a gas barbecue on the balcony if you feel like cooking outside. We have an array of cooking utensils, cooking sauces and cleaning supplies, as well a limited selection of some general beverage items (starter pack).

The LIVING AREA offers creature comforts, including a cozy gas fireplace (it will be turned off from mid of June to mid of October, tv (with Netflix), books, yoga mat and board games. The queen sized sofa-bed accommodates two people. A 3-in-1 portable inverter air conditioner (cools areas up to 600 SQ. FT.) is provided from mid of June to mid of October.

The BEDROOM comes complete with a king sized bed, tv (with Netflix), alarm clock with charging port, wireless charger , clothes hangers, and suitcase stands. An iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack are stored in the closet.

The BATHROOM comes with complementary toiletries, as well as towels, hairdryer and make up mirror.

An IN SUITE WASHER & DRYER is provided, equipped with laundry detergent.

An AIR SANITIZER is provided for your choice to turn it on or off to protect you and your loved ones.

There is HEATED UNDERGROUND PARKING available for your first vehicle, and street parking for any additional vehicles.

This condo is strictly NO SMOKING ($450 fine and unfavorable review).

Damage Deposit of $280.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported.

No pets allowed ($200 fine and $85 per night will be charged if bringing pets)
