Location: Everything this world-renowned destination has to offer is moments away! Your condo is only a few short steps from Canmore's Bow Valley Trail, with great restaurants and coffee shops. A short walk will bring you to Canmore's main street, with excellent shopping and dining options.
You can reach Highway 1 in a few minutes taking you West to the Banff National Park gates and the Banff townsite, or East to the awe-inspiring beauty of Kananaskis Country.
Resort: On the main floor of the Resort is a large common-use swimming pool with a kid-friendly splash area and waterslide. It also has a large hot tub, in case you want to warm up while your kids use the waterpark! In the building's lobby is the Grande Kitchen + Bar with lattes, mouth-watering pasta dishes and oven-fired pizza.
We suggest renting a car to drive around the Beautiful Canadian Rockies! You can also Bike 45 minutes to the town of Banff on the famous Banff Legacy Trail featuring breathtaking views, a covered picnic/rest area and finishing at the Banff town site.
We are a 10-minute walk to the Canmore Community Center and Elevation Place; Canmore's indoor playground featuring a great climbing gym, fitness facility, large swimming pool and hot tub, and the Canmore Library.
A short 15-20 minutes walk will bring you to Canmore's main street offering plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping, and gear rental stores.

We want to inform you that Grand Rockies Resort will be undergoing a hallway renovation project starting March 4th, 2025. The work will begin on the 4th floor and move downward, involving carpet and wall covering removal, drywall repairs, painting, and new finish installations.
While the contractors will do their best to minimize disruption, there may be some construction dust, noise, and limited elevator access at times. Elevators 2 and 3 are both now available for owners and guests. Work on Elevator 1 will be completed between Mon March 24 and Wed March 26. Update elevator 1 is now fully operational.
If your stay falls during this period, we appreciate your patience and understanding as these necessary improvements take place. Please be mindful of signage and construction zones during your visit.
