Overall we had a good stay. The location is convenient and the resort amenities are very nice. Pool/Hot Tub/Sauna are great. The hosts were quick with communication. Necessities are ample (coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, pool towels, laundry and washing soap). The bedding and linens were clean, but the place itself could use a good scrub. The bathrooms need a grout bleach, and cleaners should make sure to look UP (vents and lights were very dusty). Additionally, the coffee pot was BLACK and needed a hard scrub before use. Tea kettle had calcium buildup. The dishwasher also didn't clean the first time we used it and there was water in the bottom (the filter was clogged - we had to scrub it clean, as a note: it needs to be cleaned regularly). To other people wanting to book, this condo, it shares a wall with the the cafe next door "Black Dog Cafe". They have a dog they leave outside and he barks all day long starting at 8am, so don't expect to sleep in on your vacation as staff at the cafe do not care about the disruption. It's unfortunate as well, because this isn't the host's fault, but it will 100% stop us from returning to this specific unit in the condo building.
