Holiday apartment in Cannes with amazing sea views, quiet, within an elegant residence in a secured park, located on a hill. Lots of commodities onsite : laundry machines, children's playground, 5 a side football pitch, tennis court, underground carpark, fantastic seaview infinity pool (during July August the sunbeds are charged at a small cost). 15 minutes walk from the beach. 5 minutes drive from the centre of Cannes La Bocca, 10 minutes from Cannes la croisette, and approx 30-40 minutes from Nice airport. Beautiful and well kept gardens with lots of flowers, palm trees, very relaxing. 2 separate bedrooms : one double room downstairs with its own bathroom (shower and bathtub), and one small room with bunkbeds upstairs with another full bathroom (shower). Both bathrooms were renovated in 2023.
Bathroom towels, soap and Linen are included. You have a seaview on each level, from the terrace upstairs where you can take your meals, and other small terrace downstairs with a seaview and garden view. There is also a sofa couch in the living room for 2 people with proper twin beds. A baby cod is also available.
In the kitchen : Dishwasher, Fridge freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee machine, Induction Hob. Internet via wifi (fiber) included. Iron and Hair dryer.
This is a privately owned apartment, open for rental all year round for up to 6 people. You will be in contact directly with the owner by phone or whatsapp.
