We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cannes, this charming air-conditioned flat with a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a TV.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower.

- A 9 m² balcony with a triple exposure (South, East and North), not overlooked, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

If you are eager for sensations, many nautical activities are proposed on the beaches of the region: jetski, parasailing, paddle... If you are looking for more authenticity, go to the Vieux Port to take a boat trip to the Lérins Islands. And of course what would Cannes be without its lively nightlife, restaurants, atmospheric bars, casinos, lush hotels and shops are around every corner.
