It is ideal for conventioneers (9 minutes by car from the Palais des Festivals) as well as for vacationers (7 minutes by foot from the beaches).
There are bus lines nearby that take you to the beach or to the center of Cannes as well as to the train station.

The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.

The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.
