THE APARTMENT

Let yourself be tempted by this modern and comfortable apartment where you'll have the luxury of being able to have breakfast anywhere on the Croisette, facing the sea, in less than 2 minutes on foot (you can thank us later).

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- A nicely decorated setting, carefully selected by the owners themselves, to produce a "like at home" effect instead of "like at the hotel."

- A beautiful living room with sofa, flat screen TV and dining table for 4 people.

- A well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, with everything you need including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all appliances and utensils, plus a kettle, a toaster and all kinds of kitchen things.

- A first bedroom with a double bed (we all love to get cozy...) and a storage dresser.

- A second bedroom with two single beds, a closet and a (very) small balcony (ideal for smokers or people who like to stay standing up.)

- A bathroom with toilets and everything else in it (including the bathtub)

Important notes:

The heating/cooling system is central to the building and is seasonally activated for heat or cold by the condo association (this is real information).

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After just a few short steps down your street, the rue Pasteur, within less than four minutes you will be able to pick your favorite activity, including:

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race remote-controlled boats.

- Sip a cocktail at the Carlton, with or without alcohol depending on your preference and mood.

- Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès.

- Empty your bank account in the shops on rue d’Antibes.

- Empty your bank account at the casino of the 3.14 or of the Palais.

- Go relax on a lounge chair at the Long Beach (or somewhere else).

- Take the train to an unknown (or not) destination.

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a table at a vegan, Indian or Chinese restaurant. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus public parking 4 minutes away on foot.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
