Welcome to this spacious studio located at Palm Beach in Cannes which will be your perfect base for discovering Cannes and the region.

The apartment has a beautiful interior space and a large terrace not overlooked. The orientation of the apartment allows you to enjoy the sun in the morning, ideal for starting the day with a sunny breakfast. Conversely, from the beginning of the evening, the exposure allows you to be protected from the sun and enjoy a shaded terrace.

The space was organized to feel comfortable and to create a day space and a night space, both as pleasant as the other. This studio consists of a sleeping area with double bed, a 12m² terrace. In the living room area, you will find a convertible sofa for an adult or 2 children if necessary, and a small table serving as a dining area. The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay. The bathroom offers a shower, sink area and WC. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The residence's collective parking lot will allow you easy parking. This parking lot is accessible, the spaces are free and available.

The apartment allows quick access to the sandy beaches of Cannes with its typically Mediterranean atmosphere.

You can also organize getaways in the region thanks to the train station which is a 25-minute walk away and which will allow you to easily reach Antibes, Nice or Monaco.

The apartment is not allowed pets or smokers.

##Neighborhood


Palm Beach, also called Pointe Croisette, is one of the most exclusive areas of Cannes. It includes the part of Boulevard de la Croisette. This chic neighborhood offers an exceptional living environment through the palm trees, the sea and the Canto port. This area is also festive with the presence of several bars and nightclubs. Located close to the beach and all useful or luxury shops, this location is unique


Mouré Rouge Beach

Located between the Croisette and the Pierre Canto port, this fine sand beach is smaller than the others but offers a more intimate atmosphere. It is often frequented by local residents and is less crowded on the more touristy beaches of the city. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to relax.

The “Place de L’Étang” :

At the tip of the Croisette, this recently renovated square offers beautiful pétanque courts. The losers will be able "to kiss Fanny"... in relief on a yellow background in the center of the square. Here is also hidden the villa Syracuse that Henri Salvador bought with the first fees from the song of the same name. At the end of Avenue de Lérins, the famous Palm Beach, a former casino converted into a festive place with a beach and club, overlooks the sea.

Between Cannes, Vallauris and Golfe Juan:
Famous seaside resort on the Côte d'Azur, Golfe Juan et Vallauris, is adored by vacationers for its famous fine sandy beaches sheltered from the winds overlooking the Mediterranean. Nestled between the Lérins Islands and the Cap d'Antibes, Golfe Juan is a paradise for relaxation and water activities, and allows its holidaymakers to try out numerous activities, from sea walks to board sports.
A very famous sunny destination on the Côte d'Azur, Golfe Juan is above all a delight for lovers of discovery and wide open spaces. With its two ports, Golfe Juan is definitely open to the sea: its old port, both a fishing and marina port, is the starting point for many sea excursions to discover the neighboring towns and islands, like Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Antibes or the Lérins Islands. On the other side of the old port is the very last port of Golfe Juan: Port Camille Rayon. Created in 1989, it is entirely intended for pleasure.
By bike or on foot, the Bay of Golfe Juan, absolutely superb and sheltered from the winds, is the ideal place for a walk in the early morning or at sunset, when the streets are empty and the sky tinged with magic.
On your vacation schedule? Water skiing, jet skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, towed buoys, fishing, but also and above all: scuba diving. Renowned for its exceptionally beautiful seabed, the Golfe Juan resort attracts many diving enthusiasts to its approximately 30 sites spread between the Bay of Golfe-Juan, that of Cannes, Cap d'Antibes and the Lérins Islands. Whether you are an experienced diver, a beginner or want to experience a first dive, there is something for everyone. For relaxing breaks, the very uncrowded “Plage de la Mirandole” will be ideal. Just before the port of Golfe-Juan, the “Plage du Soleil” stretches over more than a kilometer of fine sand. We will choose it for its magnificent panoramas of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, especially from the first rays of the sun. With the family, the “Plage du Midi” will be the most interesting: lined with numerous restaurants and located near the city center, it is the easiest to access, and you will love it for its promenade lined with palm trees and for its absolutely magnificent waters.
Many associations also offer sea trips to exceptional sites just a few minutes by boat from Golfe Juan. From Quai Saint-Pierre in the Old Port, you can set sail towards Île Sainte-Marguerite, a place of exceptional beauty where nature and relaxation combine in harmony for the greatest happiness of visitors. On the island, in addition to swimming in a heavenly setting from sandy coves or pebble beaches, be aware that you will need to bring walking shoes because hiking will be the best way to discover all local wealth. Through the pine and eucalyptus forests and the Batéguier pond, you will discover breathtaking panoramas of the sea, the coves and the coastline. You can also try sailing on sailboats, go out to sea to watch the sunset or even observe the magic of fireworks from a boat.
Cannes

The Croisette, known throughout the world, this ribbon of promenade lined with beaches and palm trees hosts the famous Cannes Film Festival every year. Red carpet, glitter and celebrities, Boulevard de la Croisette brings together the city's biggest hotels such as the Majestic, the Carlton and the Martinez. From Port Canto to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, it’s a real pleasure to walk there.

A lively city center

Shopping and welcoming terraces, the city center of Cannes has something to seduce. From the luxury boutiques of the Carré d’Or to the big brands on Rue d’Antibes, there is no shortage of choice. Between two purchases, enjoy a little coffee on the terrace of Cours Félix Faure or rue Hoche.

Peckish ? We indulge in the delicacies of rue Meynadier or the Forville market. In downtown Cannes, hedonists are king!

## Transit

Public transport in Cannes:
The population of Cannes increases fourfold during the film festival period and in summer. Instead of looking for a parking space near the Croisette when you go to the center of Cannes, it is recommended to leave your vehicle at the residence and use public transport.
Regional Express Train (TER SNCF): The Cannes SNCF station is just a quarter of an hour by car from the residence. The lines will allow you to reach Nice, Antibes or even Monaco
Marinello maritime shuttle: During the summer, a maritime shuttle service is set up. This means of transport allows you to cross the bay of Cannes in a pleasant way at a low cost

This residence is a good quality residence, of course we will ask you to respect the neighborhood.

The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized manner with one of our agents, invoiced according to the time and to be paid on arrival.
