The apartment is located in an art-deco residence, and has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a living / dining room opening onto the sunny terrace.

- Upload the IDs of all guests.
- Complete the mandatory €500 security deposit.
Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and the deposit is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately through the Resolution Center.
✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding.

✹ PARKING INFORMATION: The apartment does not have private parking, but there are several convenient options if you are arriving by car.
Street Parking – parking is free at all times (subject to availability). Nearby streets may have paid parking, which is marked with the word “PAYANT” on the ground. Payment can be made at the street meters or through the Flowbird app.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the bedrooms and living room.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and high chair available upon request (please let us know before your arrival). There is an additional cost is 35 eur/ stay.
