Stay in a piece of history! Built in 1879 by William Jasper Henderson, Jasper's Hideout is a beautiful turn of the century craftsman home updated with all of the modern comforts.

Jasper's Hideout is located in the quiet town of Cannonville, centrally located in the midst of Bryce Canyon, Kodachrome Basin and The Grande Staircase National Monument.

The space:
Jasper's Hideout is a beautiful home, capable of housing multiple families at once. Enjoy modern conveniences such as wifi and air conditioning alongside the rustic charm of claw foot tubs and craftsman trim.

Rained in? We've got Hulu and Netflix as well as video games for the children (and childlike adults).

Want to keep the technology out of it and enjoy the rustic aesthetic instead? We've got board games to play and books to read.

BEST place ever!! The house doesn't look like much when you drive up (no driveway, park out front), but inside is spectacular!! The stained glass windows and light fixtures were beautiful. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. One of them had a secret lovely bathroom behind it! The water pressure from the showers was great. There is an Xbox in the living room with hundreds of games on it that my kids had a blast playing. The kitchen was easy to cook in. Large dining room table for us to eat and play cards. Communication with the host was quick and easy. No AT&T cell service but wifi was excellent. Overall the best vrbo of our trip! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Jasper’s Hideaway set the bar for five star Vrbo experiences.* Host was one of the nicest people we’ve ever worked with through Vrbo* Beautifully remodeled, neat old house* Lots of good lighting* Kitchen had everything we needed plus milk, orange juice, water, and cokes in the fridge* Kitchen very well stocked with spices and baking basics* Tissues and a trashcan in every room* Comfortable mattresses, and all beds are queens or kings* Nice blackout curtains in every bedroom* A 5-usb plug in the kitchen with an adapter for every possible kind of need.* The couch in the parlor was nice and firm yet comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.* The little chair in the parlor was a great place to read with good lighting* The large dining room table was great for our party of 5 to be able to eat and play games togetherThe location was in between Bryce, Kodachrome, Petrified Forest, and Grand Staircase. * The only thing we couldn’t find that would’ve been useful was a pen or pencil!

This property was amazing for our stay. The location was perfect and since our group was on a road trip it was great to have the laundry and the kitchen was equipped with more than everything we needed for a change from restaurants. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and throwing some hot dogs and burgers on the grill. The dining table was perfect for our group and the bedrooms/bathrooms more than met our needs for our group of 7 adults. Eric, the host was super prompt with my questions before we arrived. I would highly recommend this property for your group visiting Bryce Canyon and the Grand Staircase.

Very clean and nicely decorated historic home. There were 10 of us (5 adults, 4 teens, and a toddler) and we take up a lot of space. I would recommend this house for a smaller group, maybe 4-6 people. Nicely stocked kitchen, a great laundry area, and great communication with the host. With a smaller group I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. This was in a great and quiet location snd just a 20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP and about 45 minutes to the Lower Calf Creek Falls TH at Grand Staircase Escalante. We had everything we needed to cook meals, do a bit of laundry and appreciated the comfortable king sized beds downstairs. This is a great location and beautiful scenery if you are visiting this area.

The house was very lovely what you see in the pics is exactly how the house is, it is very warm and inviting. Communication with the owner is very easy, answers promptly should you have any questions. I did some hiking with my pup at Kodachrome State Basin Park which is only 10 miles away and Dixie National Forest. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Lovely, quaint home, equipped with everything you need. Beds were comfortable, however, some elected to sleep outside, to see the stars, since it's such a safe environment. Nine adults stayed and we had plenty of room. We would have loved to have a little more history of the home and how your relatives decided to settle here, how many kids were raised in the home, etc. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
