Casa de Pedra - Country house in the Alt Empordà

The house is in the middle of the village of Cantallops and from the terrace you have wonderful views over the village and the area around it. You can park in the street in front of the house - parking is free and outside.

You get to the house up some stone steps outside. There is a pleasant little terrace in front with outdoor furniture and views which is an ideal place to soak up the sun in the winter or spend summer evenings outdoors.

The house is arranged over two floors.


FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor of the house, there is an open space with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, a dining area with wooden table and chairs and direct access to the terrace outside and also to the second floor up some stairs inside. A lounge with sofas, armchair, TV, fireplace and views. From this room you can go to the kitchen through an open doorway and the dining area through the other one.


SECOND FLOOR

You go up some stairs to the second floor. Sleeping area with three double beds, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds. They all have views outside. Full bathroom with walk-in shower.


Wifi and lovely views outside.


OUTSIDE

Nice terrace at the entrance to the house with outdoor furniture and views.

Kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances: oven, stove, fridge-freezer, Mokka coffee pot, toaster, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine.

Dining room: wooden table, chairs, cupboard.

Lounge with fireplace, TV, sofas, armchair, cupboards and shelves and radio.


3 rustic-style bedrooms:

1 bedroom with double bed. Bedside tables, reading lamps, drawers, views.

1 bedroom with double bed. Bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe, views.

1 bedroom with two single beds. Bedside table, lamp, cupboard, views.

All the bedrooms have bed linen.

1 bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet paper, towels.

Comfort: washing machine, clothes line, wifi throughout the house.

Outside: terrace with outdoor furniture, parking in the street in front of the house.
