We have 6-7 person hot-tub overlooking Mont-Cascades (water park in the summer/ski hill in the winter)

5 bedrooms and three full baths. Bright and modern kitchen with a large island that seats 5.

Lots of space outside, including a large double garage equipped with a "homemade" bar, Ping-Pong table, poker table, darts, and an arcade basketball net.

The property is private and feels like a true getaway.

Make an espresso, coffee, latte, or cappuccino with our Breville Espresso maker or Ninja Coffee maker and enjoy it in our cozy living room or on one of our two balconies.

In the basement you will find a family room with a 70" Smart TV with access to streaming services as well as a Retro Pac-Man arcade, foosball, and air hockey table.

Bonus! We have provided enough bath robes and slippers for all guests so that you can be comfortable getting in and out of the hot tub regardless of the weather.

We have the fastest internet, with fibre optics and a workspace in the master bedroom making this the perfect place to “work from home”.

We realize there are varying preferences between the firmness of the mattress you sleep on.
Here's a helpful guide:

For a soft mattress:
- queen bed in the main floor bedroom
- King bed in the basement bedroom

for a firm mattress:
- all upstairs bedrooms including the queen in the Master bedroom and the twins in the other two upstairs bedrooms

🐾 Pets
Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed at the time of booking.

No pets on beds, couches, or any furniture.

Please clean up after your pet — we trust our guests to be responsible owners! 💩

Any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility and not included in the pet fee.

👥 Guests & Gatherings
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No unapproved visitors or extra guests.

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.
Maximum 6 vehicles on site.

Parties or events are not permitted.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation and a minimum $150 fine.

🔇 Noise & Neighbors
Quiet hours: 9 PM to 8 AM.

No loud music or disruptive noise outdoors, especially during quiet hours.

Always be respectful of our neighbors and community.

Noise complaints or disturbances may result in a fine and/or early termination of your stay.

🚭 Smoking
No smoking inside the house.

Smoking is allowed outside only, away from open windows/doors.

Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash — not on the ground.

👣 Cleanliness & Respect
Treat the home and furniture with care — just like you would your own.

Remove shoes indoors to help keep floors clean.

Clean up after yourself — especially in the kitchen to help us avoid ants!

Report any accidental damage right away so we can address it.

🔒 Security & Safety
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

The exterior is monitored by security cameras 24/7 for your safety and ours.

Enjoy the outdoor space respectfully.

Clean up after yourself and your group after using any outdoor area.
